The first booking of 5 Marla plots in these blocks is expected to be as much as PKR 24.90 lacs. After including the development charges of almost 5 lacs, it costs about PKR 29.90 lacs. The second booking of the same plot was launched at the price of PKR 30 lacs. The second booking was also launched on the easy installments plan. Some of the installments of this new deal are already paid; however, there is an own price of 2 lacs to 3 lacs on these plots.
Development Started in Lake City Lahore Sector M7 – C1 C2 C3 C4 and Plot Rates Update
The development work of Sector M7 and the sub-blocks C1 C2 C3 C4 is still going on but it is expected to be completed really soon. The administration of Lake City seems to be more focused and concerned on the ongoing development. Machinery has arrived at the site. The work on the ground leveling has been started and the labor is working on road infrastructure, electricity, drainage, sewerage, and landscaping. Once the development work of land is completed, the work on the development of plots will move forward. There is no deadline nor an exact time period has been disclosed but by keeping the previous work and success of Lake City in mind, it is clear that the possession of plots will be handed over in about 8 months to 1 year. That is definitely big news for file holders of Lake City M7 sub-blocks.
