On September 30, The Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department Punjab put an end to the 5% rebate on property tax submission, according to news reports.
The rebate program finally ended on September 30, and from now, the discount of 10% on paying the tax by e-pay (e-pay Punjab) method is also slashed to 5% from October 1st. The property owners who have not fully paid their taxes will have to pay full taxes, with an only 5% discount if they make their payments through e-pay methods.
